If you have forgotten your First Battery Academy password, or you need to reset it, follow these steps.
- From the login page, select the 'Forgot your password' option. This option is above the login button.
- You will be directed to the 'Reset password' option. Type in the email address you used to register for First Battery Academy and click submit.
- You will receive a link via email that you can use to reset your password. You can only use this link on your account and only use it once.
- The link will take you to a screen that will allow you to log into your profile and reset your password. Click on the "LOG IN" button at the bottom of the screen.
From here, enter your new password on your profile and remember to click the "SAVE" button.
